We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Corporate Solicitor (minimum 3 PQE) to join our leading Corporate team, recognised by Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500, as one of the top teams of specialists in the region and country. Our highly rated Corporate Team provides a full-service offering and includes transactional work across M&A, Corporate Finance and Private Equity.

The team do a range of work for clients, predominantly quality SMEs and regional businesses, across a range of Commercial sectors.

This is an excellent role for an individual who is looking to expand on their Corporate expertise, build on their experience and progress their career. It is also an opportunity to work alongside some of the best Corporate lawyers in the area. The Candidate:

The Corporate Solicitor should be:

  • A Solicitor with 3 years plus experience in Corporate transactional work or equivalent
  • Experienced in working on a wide range of Corporate transactions
  • Strong in client-facing roles and business development
  • Able to work in a busy, flexible environment

The ideal Candidate will be attentive and have a careful eye for detail, be a good communicator and possess a natural interest and curiosity in matters of business and commercial nature. Experience of reviewing and drafting Corporate transactional documents would be essential.

You will be naturally self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude towards challenges and change as well as embracing the culture of team working and supporting team members and colleagues.

The Role:

The Corporate Solicitor will be:

  • Advising clients on Corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures
  • Supporting on business restructurings and corporate governance matters
  • Working closely with Partners and Legal Directors to manage complex, high-value cases
  • Delivering tailored solutions to clients across various industries
  • Contributing to business development and strengthening client relationships

The Candidate will be required to work with the full regional team across our three offices. As an experienced Corporate Solicitor, you will also be expected to supervise, train and develop more junior members of the team.
